Assistant Property Manager

The Assistant Property Manager role is an onsite, full-time position in Minneapolis, MN. Pay is $24 per hour, plus commissions and bonus. Real Estate Equities supports and maintains its properties and helps property teams succeed. The assistant supports the Property Manager across resident service, leasing, rent collection, records, inspections, budgets, marketing, and property upkeep. The role helps maintain effective site operations and positive resident relations.

What you'll do

• Provide resident customer service
• assist with staff training and supervision
• meet prospects
• assist with filings and late-rent notices
• record maintenance requests
• receive and enter rents, deposits, fees, and other charges
• participate in rent collection
• maintain site records
• conduct community inspections
• support budget controls and expense management
• assist with marketing, resident activities, curb appeal, vendor scheduling, capital improvements, and maintenance requests.
