Vice President of Design

The role shapes product strategy and workflows, establishes human–AI interaction patterns, and builds a design organization that supports the company’s platform and customer needs.

What you'll do

• Set product experience vision and design principles
• identify and measure critical workflows
• map customer work, data, and decisions to inform product architecture and roadmap
• partner with Engineering and Data on platform architecture
• define human–AI collaboration patterns
• build design systems
• conduct customer co-creation, field research, and evaluative testing
• align cross-functional teams
• recruit and develop design staff
• lead the design function’s AI-native development process.
