The Universal Banker role is onsite in Marshfield, WI, with pay of $20–$25 per hour. The role processes transactions, advises customers on financial products and services, supports account and loan needs, and follows applicable compliance requirements and bank policies.

What you'll do

• Welcome and assist clients
• acquire new customers and manage an existing portfolio
• support branch growth through business development
• process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, foreign currency, and gift cards
• assist with account opening and maintenance
• process consumer loan applications through closing
• maintain client documentation
• explain digital self-service options
• and provide administrative support to business and agricultural banking relationship managers.
