What you'll do

• Draft and prosecute patent applications before the USPTO
• develop and manage strategic IP portfolios
• conduct pre-litigation diligence
• draft pleadings and conduct legal research
• prepare expert witnesses
• mentor and train junior associates. Post-grant proceedings experience is preferred
• deposition experience is a plus.
