What you'll do

• Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• work across three properties and travel between sites
• coordinate budgets and manager plan items
• control tools, supplies, and materials inventory
• communicate daily with site managers
• coordinate contracts and oversee contractors
• respond to routine and emergency work orders
• maintain site appearance
• schedule, perform, or supervise janitorial duties and unit turnovers
• perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• provide coverage at other sites as needed
• assume on-call responsibilities for unforeseen emergencies.
