The Home Health Aide (HHA) — PRN role is onsite in Comstock Park, MI, providing care in patients’ homes; pay is $17–$18 per hour. OakMed’s aides support patients’ safety, comfort, well-being, independence, and quality of life at home. The aide provides personalized daily-living assistance and companionship, follows each patient’s care plan, observes and reports changes, and coordinates with nursing and care teams to support safe, patient-centered care.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, positioning, meals, and light housekeeping
• provide companionship and medication reminders as permitted by the care plan and regulations
• observe and report changes
• document care and observations
• follow care plans, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements
• respond to urgent situations according to established procedures.
