The Early Childhood Learning Teacher Assistant role is onsite at Town of Webb Union School in Old Forge, NY. It pays $16.00 per hour and is part-time, with approximately 25–30 hours per week scheduled within center hours of 6:30 AM–6:30 PM. The role supports Healthy Kids Programs' early learning team for the 2026–2027 school year. The assistant helps create a nurturing environment for children ages 10 months through 3 years by supporting classroom activities, routines, and learning experiences. The role contributes to children's development and well-being through positive interactions and coordination with families and the classroom team.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the School-Age Childcare Lead to facilitate hands-on activities aligned with the Creative Curriculum
• communicate with parents and family members through the Playground App
• foster positive adult-child interactions using the CLASS method
• support children's education, health, welfare, and safety while following ECERS/ITERS standards and protocols.
