The Childcare Floater role is onsite in Interlachen, FL. Pay is $15.45–$20.09 per hour. The floater provides classroom coverage and assists experienced teachers and staff with developmentally appropriate activities, supervision, and children's safety and educational needs. The role helps maintain a nurturing, safe environment and supports children's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development.

What you'll do

• Cover for teachers during release, breaks, or planning time
• assist with classroom activities and materials
• support children's health, safety, supervision, and educational needs
• help plan and supervise activities
• use positive guidance and redirection
• maintain a safe classroom and playground
• welcome parents and assist with sign-in and sign-out
• attend required training and meetings
• and follow RCMA funding and DCF requirements.
