Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, heating and cooling, ventilation, roofing, and lockset work
• inspect buildings and equipment
• respond to emergency requests and troubleshoot
• repair and install water, drain, valve, and natural gas lines
• perform HVAC preventive maintenance
• remove snow and salt sidewalks.
