What you'll do

• Perform and lead maintenance projects, guest calls, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• inspect MEP systems
• troubleshoot HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical components
• repair appliances and fixtures
• install or repair flooring and tile
• lead small construction projects
• maintain pools, spas, and water features
• support procurement and inventory
• use resort operations software
• identify hazards and follow safety practices.
