What you'll do

• Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols of storage areas, access points, parking areas, common areas, and the property perimeter
• monitor visitor and vendor activity
• report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and maintenance concerns
• respond to incidents according to site protocols
• document patrols, observations, incidents, and daily activities
• provide customer service to residents, tenants, visitors, and vendors.
