Residential Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Change air filters and light bulbs
• maintain grills and check for leaks
• perform minor furniture, appliance, drywall, paint, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• pressure wash and complete exterior cleaning
• travel between homes
• inspect properties to standards
• maintain cleaning equipment, supplies, and products.
