What you'll do

• Act as the tapeout execution and release coordination lead for HBM designs targeting internal Micron manufacturing.
• Own and manage tapeout schedules, DBR milestones, and release gating criteria.
• Drive preparation, review, and completion of tapeout collateral, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with responsible teams to ensure all release prerequisites and checklist items are met.
• Coordinate and track closure of signoff readiness items, ensuring clear ownership and status prior to tapeout.
