What you'll do

• Advise clients on healthcare regulatory compliance
• support mergers, acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions
• analyze federal and multistate requirements
• counsel on Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and related regulations
• assist with transaction structuring and regulatory due diligence
• prepare and review filings, agreements, and compliance documentation
• and advise on operational, reimbursement, privacy, and corporate practice matters.
