The nurse plans, coordinates, and provides resident nursing care while supervising and guiding clinical staff. What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate resident nursing care
• assess and document resident conditions and needs
• implement physicians’ orders
• assign care to team members
• supervise and evaluate LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs
• administer medications, start IVs, and perform and document treatments
• participate in staff orientation and training
• assist physicians with tests and procedures within the scope of the state Nursing Practice Act
• coordinate care for therapy and procedures
• and supervise nursing unit operations.
