The Construction Superintendent role is an onsite position based in Milwaukee, WI, with a base salary up to $125,000 plus bonus and per diem. Manpower Engineering is partnering with a growing general contractor to manage commercial and industrial construction projects. This role exists to provide senior field leadership for safe, high-quality, and on-schedule project execution. The superintendent will manage day-to-day job-site operations, subcontractor performance, and quality control to ensure client satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Lead all on-site construction activities.
• Establish daily work plans and sequencing.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Drive 2-week lookahead planning.
• Coordinate subcontractor manpower and inspections.
• Maintain productive relationships with inspectors, owners, and design teams.
