What you'll do

• Review automotive and commercial vehicle technical information, maintenance guidelines, and service specifications
• evaluate repair and maintenance requirements using reported issues, repair-facility input, service histories, and scheduled maintenance needs
• prepare purchase orders and obtain approvals before authorizing work
• explain repair estimates and recommendations to customers and address questions
• coordinate towing and temporary transportation when required
• review warranties and service agreements for coverage
• maintain vehicle maintenance records, communications, and corrective actions.
