What you'll do

• Process subscriber and dependent enrollments for complex accounts
• verify enrollment status, update membership records, research discrepancies, process terminations and other enrollment events, and complete monthly reconciliations. Coordinate member identification card processing and group enrollment timing with account installation and billing teams. The role may assist with initial and refresher training.

Why this role
