What you'll do

• Plan and execute commercial projects involving mechanical upgrades, HVAC retrofits, roof replacements, lighting, building controls, and building envelope improvements
• manage project teams, budgets, schedules, risks, vendors, and subcontractors
• communicate with clients and stakeholders
• ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
• monitor quality and project costs.
