What you'll do

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise rental shop employees
• conduct staff meetings and performance evaluations
• oversee equipment check-in and check-out, fitting, and returns
• maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• ensure equipment is maintained and repaired
• resolve customer issues and uphold safety standards during fittings and equipment tuning
• monitor inventory and track equipment usage, loss, and damage
• coordinate seasonal inventory transitions and ordering
• track and report sales, rentals, and labor hours
• promote add-ons and upgrades.
