Senior Accounting Associate

Job overview

The Senior Accounting Associate role is hybrid in Cleveland, OH, with onsite work two to three days per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pay is $45 per hour. The five-month assignment provides coverage for an employee on leave and supports routine accounting activities.

What you'll do

• Prepare financial documents, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, budgets, and payroll
• maintain accurate general ledger and financial data
• close month-end entries and reconcile balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements
• review budget variances
• track accounts receivable and payments
• assist with accounting system conversions or enhancements
• evaluate billing and invoicing data, submit cash applications, and resolve accounts receivable issues.
