What you'll do

• Assist memory-impaired residents with bathing, grooming, and dressing while maintaining dignity and promoting independence
• follow residents’ rights requirements
• maintain and document care records
• promptly report changes in condition, behavior, personal-care needs, medication issues, or whereabouts to a supervisor
• encourage participation in community activities.
