Behavioral Health Technician

Job overview

The Behavioral Health Technician role is an onsite position in Denver, CO, with compensation of $23–$26 per hour. Authentic Recovery Services supports adults in a structured sober living and substance use recovery environment. The technician provides day-to-day structure and support, facilitates recovery-focused groups, and helps implement treatment plan goals and behavioral interventions. The role contributes to client stability and recovery by monitoring engagement and communicating concerns to clinical leadership.

What you'll do

• Facilitate and support life skills, substance use recovery, relapse prevention, and recovery-focused groups
• complete timely client documentation
• provide day-to-day support, structure, accountability, and redirection
• conduct and document supervised UAs/BACs as assigned and within scope
• assist with client intakes and orientation
• monitor client engagement, behavior, and stability and communicate concerns to clinical leadership
• support treatment plan goals and behavioral interventions
• maintain program expectations, house rules, boundaries, and confidentiality
• participate in staff meetings, training, and supervision.

Why this role
