What you'll do

• Assist with daily living skills, grooming, meals, personal care, and medication administration
• support activities, community outings, and skill-building
• document daily notes and training steps in Therap
• communicate important information to supervisors and team members
• follow safety, infection control, and agency policies.

Why this role

Overnight availability is required: Monday–Friday, 11 p.m.–9 a.m.; every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday, 8 or 9 p.m.–8 or 9 a.m. Staff may be required to work at other Charles Lea Center sites as needed.
