Direct Support Professional (DSP) — Developmental Disabilities

What you'll do

• Provide individualized home- and community-based support
• assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
• encourage independence and community participation in line with each client’s Individualized Service Plan
• document services and communicate with the care team
• build consistent relationships with individuals supported.
