What you'll do

- monitor treatment quality, documentation, and crisis response
- review cases and treatment planning
- monitor regulatory and payer compliance, audits, utilization, and billing integrity
- support hiring, onboarding, coaching, evaluations, and staff development
- coordinate program operations across counties
- monitor referrals, staffing, authorizations, and access
- support budget oversight and program expansion
- track outcomes and develop quality improvement initiatives
- maintain community partnerships
- participate in on-call leadership support and crisis escalation
