Sales Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Manage client orders from pre-order through delivery
• coordinate communications with internal departments and external clients
• track order reporting data
• support sales consultants with quotes, order entry, sample requests, and payment processing
• partner with Client Services and Technical Support to resolve client issues
• may assist with shipments, inventory transfers, and refunds.
