• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in the MDU sector
• develop territory sales strategies and maintain a qualified pipeline in Salesforce
• use upselling and cross-selling with existing clients
• build relationships with property developers, managers, and other decision-makers
• present FTTP solutions with attention to customer needs and ROI
• research markets and competitors
• represent the company at industry events and client meetings
• track sales KPIs and collaborate with sales leadership.
