What you'll do

• Lead commercial and business litigation matters from assessment through resolution or trial
• handle contract disputes, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, and other commercial claims
• develop strategy, conduct depositions, oversee discovery, and manage motion practice
• maintain and expand client relationships
• collaborate with attorneys and support staff
• mentor junior attorneys and contribute to practice growth.
