Implementation Specialist, Talent and Human Resources

What you'll do

• Help clients integrate HR products into the Paylocity application using project management and a consultative HR approach
• conduct introduction and alignment calls
• verify contracted products and client priorities
• collect HR data and configuration requirements
• support clients during implementation
• research and interpret HR policies
• coordinate between clients and Paylocity departments
• travel up to 5%.
