What you'll do

  • Draft, review, and negotiate EPC, operations and maintenance, procurement, supply, construction, and project agreements
  • advise clients through project development, construction, and execution
  • represent project participants in domestic and international transactions
  • support conventional, renewable, and nuclear energy projects
  • identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks
  • collaborate on financing, development, and commercial transactions
  • advise on contract administration and project delivery.
