What you'll do

• Own client relationships from onboarding through stewardship and renewal
• identify and resolve coverage, service, and relationship risks
• analyze client risk profiles, claims data, and market insights
• develop coverage strategies
• lead discovery meetings, RFP responses, and presentations
• coordinate service teams and oversee account submissions, carrier marketing, and policy reviews
• identify cross-selling and growth opportunities
• maintain carrier relationships
• travel as needed, up to 45%.
