What you'll do

• Own QA strategy, test planning, execution, and quality reporting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 initiatives
• perform and guide functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing
• develop test scenarios, cases, test data, and release validation plans
• coordinate with stakeholders and delivery teams to clarify requirements and resolve defects
• track defects, risks, coverage, and quality metrics
• support releases, deployments, and post-release validation
• mentor QA team members and review testing deliverables.
