The Board Certified Behavior Analyst / Licensed Behavior Analyst role is onsite in Bloomington, IN. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • design and oversee ABA programs
  • supervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians
  • analyze data and adjust programming
  • train caregivers
  • maintain timely documentation
  • collaborate with psychologists, counselors, waiver professionals, recreational therapists, and other team members
  • participate in professional development and organizational improvement.
