What you'll do

• Define the target firm profile, deal thesis, and value-creation playbook
• source accounting practices and lead outreach through signed deals
• lead valuation and terms for acquisitions and equity partnerships
• partner with FutureSight’s embedded team to make firms AI-native and document capacity and margin gains
• lead seed fundraising and deal financing
• recruit and lead the founding team and establish company culture.
