Technical Service Manager

What you'll do

• Lead technical support and service personnel
• serve as escalation point for complex technical and product performance issues
• partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and product management to resolve field issues
• lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions
• monitor service KPIs
• maintain procedures and technical documentation
• coordinate installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, and customer training
• train worldwide service centers
• create and verify price lists
• support customers by phone, email, remote diagnostics, and onsite visits
• manage budgets, resources, spare parts, and third-party providers
• ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• mentor and evaluate team members.
