What you'll do

• Configure and set up mobile devices under the Evergreen Refresh program
• coordinate deployment schedules, logistics, and user handoffs
• receive and track old devices for secure e-cycling and disposal
• provide first-level break/fix support and troubleshooting for County-issued mobile devices
• collaborate with the Unified Endpoint Management team
• maintain deployment, inventory, and support documentation
• follow County IT security standards.
