What you'll do

• Oversee and mentor case managers preparing immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions and applications
• advise corporate clients on immigration matters, PERM, I-9, and E-Verify compliance
• research and summarize legal materials
• communicate with clients, attorneys, and government agencies
• use immigration case-management systems
• stay current on immigration developments
• support client relationships and business development.
