What you'll do

• Build and manage paid lead-generation campaigns
• oversee audience strategy, creative, landing pages, lead capture, nurture journeys, budgets, and optimization
• create campaign, website, email, presentation, and client content
• coordinate compliance review and integrated campaign execution
• manage agencies and external partners
• operate and improve marketing platforms and CRM workflows
• track lead quality, conversion, acquisition costs, engagement, and return
• report insights and recommendations to leadership.
