What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• store clean items
• maintain clean and orderly kitchen and dish-room areas
• stock supplies
• remove trash and recycling
• complete opening and closing checklists
• assist with cleaning banquet and kitchen areas after events
• follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures
• support banquet and culinary teams.
