The AM Line Cook III works onsite in Santa Rosa, California. Pay is $22–$24 per hour. The role supports restaurant, bar, and banquet culinary operations at Vinarosa Resort and Spa. The role also supports service readiness, food safety, waste control, and coordination between culinary and front-of-house teams.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items to recipes, portion standards, and plating guidelines
• maintain food quality and presentation
• support mise en place, prep schedules, and station readiness
• follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
• store, label, date, and rotate food using FIFO
• assist with banquet and special-event production as assigned
• maintain clean workstations
• report shortages and equipment issues
• minimize waste
• assist with inventory, receiving, or stocking as directed.
