The Service Order Dispatcher supports the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) by receiving and coordinating maintenance service requests for facilities located across the installation. The dispatcher serves as the primary point of contact for customers requesting facility maintenance services and ensures requests are accurately documented, prioritized, and routed to the appropriate maintenance teams
