What you'll do

• Process customer payments
• monitor accounts for non-payment, skipped invoices, and partial payments
• update management on collection status
• initiate collection efforts
• complete monthly and quarterly closing statements and reports
• contact customers about payment arrangements
• check credit references
• investigate customer inquiries
• submit accounts for bad-debt write-offs
• send invoices to customers.
