Product Support Engineer — Industrial Automation

What you'll do

• Own technical escalations for assigned system types
• support field engineers with troubleshooting and root-cause identification
• review logs, system data, configurations, drawings, and failure history
• reproduce field failures on office equipment
• test PLC, robot, software, electrical, and configuration changes
• create troubleshooting plans
• identify fleet-wide failure trends
• escalate systemic issues with data and recommendations
• work with Engineering and Design
• maintain troubleshooting guides and knowledge bases
• seek ways to reduce repeat visits
• travel occasionally when required.
