Commercial HVAC Technician

Job overview

The Commercial HVAC Technician role is onsite in Spokane, WA; pay is $32–$42 per hour. The technician joins R & R Heating and Air Conditioning’s service team, a local family business serving the community for more than 40 years. The technician diagnoses, repairs, and maintains commercial heating and cooling systems to support safe, reliable operation for customers. The role also documents work, communicates findings and recommendations, and follows applicable codes and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair commercial furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems
• perform maintenance and tune-ups
• communicate findings and recommend solutions
• comply with local codes and safety standards
• record work, parts, and time
• maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.

Why this role

Requires five or more years of HVAC experience, Washington Electrical O6A Certification, Idaho training card, EPA Certification, Gas Mech 1, and a valid driver’s license.
