What you'll do

• Monitor daily production and quality output using OPS and L2L
• follow up on excessive downtime and initiate action
• schedule production and allocate resources
• conduct start-of-shift employee meetings and participate in Gemba walks
• provide performance feedback and training or coaching recommendations
• complete audits
• reconcile work orders
• monitor preventive maintenance
• enforce health, safety, environmental, legal, quality, and company policies
• lead and implement OPS improvements.
