What you'll do

• Establish and lead the SerDes engineering design center
• plan staffing and resources
• drive 100+G-per-lane SerDes development, especially receiver and clocking technologies
• lead analog and mixed-signal foundation IP and critical module development
• recruit and develop engineering talent
• establish design methodologies and quality practices
• coordinate cross-site execution
• own plans, schedules, resources, and technical milestones.
