What you'll do

• Greet and welcome hotel guests
• assist with luggage and belongings
• deliver parcels, packages, and messages to guest rooms
• assist guests with room or check-in processes according to EAST Miami standards
• support the front desk during high-volume periods
• perform Door Attendant duties
• provide directions to area attractions and hotel events
• complete off-property runs for guests as requested.
