What you'll do

  • Supervise and lead electrical crews on commercial and industrial job sites
  • plan and assign work to meet schedules and deadlines
  • interpret blueprints and specifications
  • ensure compliance with electrical codes and company standards
  • enforce safety policies
  • coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
  • monitor productivity and adjust manpower
  • track job progress, materials, and labor hours
  • resolve site issues and delays
  • train and mentor apprentices and journeymen.
