What you'll do
- Monitor meal production, plating, and service
- direct, support, train, and coach dietary staff
- assist with meal counts, production adjustments, workflow, and food storage
- maintain sanitation, food safety, cleaning, labeling, temperature, and storage standards
- assist with CMS-related documentation, logs, audits, and compliance
- maintain records
- communicate with the Dining Manager, staff, residents, families, and other departments
- and assist with inventory and ordering.
